St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort

Makar designed, developed and opened the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort.
Makar also re-designed, re-developed and re-opened the 18 hole championship golf course as well as the beach and dining club, the Monarch Bay Club.
The landmark, 172 acre development overlooks the Pacific Ocean featuring 400 guest rooms, 30,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, 60,000 square feet of outdoor meeting space and a 30,000 square foot spa.
Ritz Plaza Hotel & Residences

Makar acquired and entitled plans for the restoration/renovation of the property.
